Physiotherapy is a health care profession concerned with human function and movement and maximising potential. Physiotherapists use physical approaches to promote, maintain and restore physical, psychological and social well-being, taking account of variations in health status.

Physiotherapy is charged at £35 per session, £25 for under 16’s
physio room is recognised by all major medical insurance companies (BUPA, PPP, HSA etc). Please check with your insurer prior to treatment to ensure they will cover all costs.
Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy uses touch and tissue manipulation to release painful muscle tension, improve circulation, increase joint flexibility, and reduce mental and physical fatigue. In addition, massage is among the most effective means available to combat stress. There are many different forms including relaxation massage, sports massage and remedial massage.
Massage has many benefits, including :–
· Promotes feeling of deep relaxation
· Helps to relieve muscle tension
· Improves circulation
· Drains lymphatic fluids
· Eases painful, sore joints
Massage therapy is charged at £30 per 1 hour treatment, £20 for 30mins. It is recommended that your first session is 1 hour to allow time for consultation and treatment.
